Subassembly pre-assembly

The pre-assembly of assemblies is of great importance to Tietjen. Throughout the year, more than 8,000 kits and assemblies of various types and sizes are commissioned and finally assembled for original equipment and retrofitting.

A large proportion of the kits are linked to serial numbers, which ensures a very good batch traceability and replacement part identification. Each fully assembled assembly is first subjected to a final inspection and finally made ready for delivery.

Using special assembly devices during production, maximum fitting accuracy and recurring results can be achieved. An important criterion for many of our customers. Whether small or medium batch sizes – we have specialised in a wide range of quantities.

The delivery is handled by our long-standing partners. Both customised reusable packaging and SLC containers as well as disposable packaging are used.
