The Tietjen top quality standard is achieved because all components and materials are carefully selected and tested. All consoles, panels, brackets and metal parts for the unit assembly are zinc-plated. This avoids corrosion and increases the product life. We hold our suppliers to the highest standards as well.

The top quality of our products is the result of skilful expertise, experience and continuing training of our teams, state of the art procedures, modern production facilities and the use of CNC techniques.

No part, no original equipment and no retrofit set leaves the Tietjen House, unless it has first passed strict tests to assure its proper completion and all QA and other accompanying documents are present. Leaving any aspect of a job undone is never an option.

The German inspection authorities DEKRA and/or TÜV inspect, test and approve newly developed pneumatic brake systems and retrofit kits. These documents are available to customers and assist them with approvals or mandated certifications.  The Tietjen GmbH complies with the ISO 9001:2008 standard.  Customers can rely on certified quality.
