The Fusion laser scan arm is designed for the execution of measurements during the production process. The FaroArm® Fusion meets the precision requirements for the development and production. The device also enables the digitization (reverse engineering) and the CAD component analysis.

• Single point accuracy for the measurements:  0.043 mm
• Scan arm with six axes of rotation
• Measurements are taken directly at the vehicle and later used as input data for CAD programmes (data import from the scan arm)
• Improved incoming goods controls and quality assurance
• Quick reverse engineering e.g. of pipes, consoles and panels
