Being aware of the changes on the floors of the tractor and construction machine manufacturers is vital, especially in light of the ever more complex standard equipment.

The product development requires highly motivated teams of skilful specialists. Their education and training must be continuous. Every detail should be thoroughly deliberated before plans are executed. Theories are tested directly through prototyping in the Tietjen workshops. Testing pre-assembled components simplifies the modal construction of the entire unit, makes the process safer and shortens the assembly time.

Supreme quality standards are achieved through the largest possible vertical range of manufacture and continuous modernisation of the production facilities. The control over the production of all custom parts and components is to be kept in-house. All processes undergo strict in-house controls and monitoring by certified third party services. We use top of the line brand name equipment made by WABCO exclusively.

Give customers the ability to plan. This entails JIT deliveries flowing directly into the customer’s production line. It means delivery within the agreed time to the distributors and machine shops. Without fail, each set or component is to be tested and clearly labelled before it reaches the customer. Even many years later, each part can be safely identified.
